Scott Fournier started his jewelry career while in high school; the after-school job turned into a life long adventure.
Scott’s interest in gemstones led him to take courses in diamond and colored stones evaluation offered by the Gemological Institute of America. He became a GIA gemologist in 1985. He has completed a course in Insurance Replacements Appraisals. Scott has the experience and background to answer your questions regarding your family’s jewelry.
Scott attends the Independent Jewelers Organization’s trade show twice a year. This allows the latest fashions from the leading jewelry manufacturers to find their way into Shannon’s showcases. Going the extra mile is not new for Scott, once a year he travels to Antwerp, Belgium, the diamond cutting capital of the world, to hand pick the perfect diamond for his customers.
As Scott often says,” If you don’t know jewelry, know your jeweler!” If you are looking for a jeweler who you can trust stop in at Shannon’s and ask for Scott.
