REFUND / RETURN POLICY
1. Shannon’s Jewelers accepts merchandise for refund within 14 days of purchase. The cost of any alterations and refinishing fees will be deducted from the purchase.
2. Shannon’s Jewelers will give a store credit for merchandise returned after the 14th day of purchase and up to the 30th day. Merchandise returned for credit must be returned in the same condition as received.
3. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only, no refunds.
4. A check must be written for refunds in excess of $50.00.
5. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
LAYAWAY REFUNDS
1. Refunds on merchandise in layaway will be given within 14 days of the deposit date. After 14 days no refund will be given; however, a store credit can be issued for all money paid on current layaways.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS LAYAWAY
STANDARD LAYAWAY
1. On all merchandise (except merchandise above $3,000.00) purchased through our interest free layaway, the minimum deposit is 20% of the purchase price: with the balance to be paid in no more than 3 monthly payments.
2. All merchandise above $3,000.00 purchased through Shannon’s Jewelers on layaway are subject to the special layaway agreement below.
SPECIAL LAYAWAY AGREEMENT
1. In consideration of this merchandise being set aside for me: I agree to pay $______________ in ____________ monthly payments. If I fail to keep this agreement, the merchandise will be returned to stock and I will receive a store credit for any payments I have made on said merchandise in layaway less cost of alterations. Alterations will not be performed until total balance is less than 25% of total layaway amount.
